Welcome to Reservete. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reservete desk booking software, workspace management platform, website, and related services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
By accessing or using Reservete desk booking software and workspace management platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Reservete provides a cloud-based workspace management platform that enables organizations to manage desk booking, meeting room scheduling, parking spot reservations, space utilization analytics, guest management, and related workplace services. The platform is provided as a multi-tenant SaaS solution with database-level data isolation per customer.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each user account is for individual use only — sharing login credentials is prohibited.
Reservete offers monthly and annual subscription plans for its desk booking software. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated. We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
New customers receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features of the desk booking platform. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the Service, or your workspace will be suspended. All data and configurations are preserved for 30 days after trial expiration before deletion.
You agree not to: (a) Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law. (b) Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code. (c) Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers. (d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data. (e) Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without a partner agreement. (f) Use the Service to build a competing product. (g) Violate the intellectual property rights of Reservete or others.
Reservete retains all rights, title, and interest in the desk booking software, including all code, designs, algorithms, documentation, and trademarks. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service. You retain ownership of your data, including desk bookings, user information, messages, and uploaded content.
You own all data you upload or generate through the workspace management platform. Upon request, we will provide a machine-readable export of your data within 30 days. Reservete may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from platform usage for product improvement, analytics, and industry benchmarking — this data cannot be used to identify you or your organization.
Reservete integrates with third-party services including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SendGrid, AWS SES, Twilio, Vonage, and payment processors. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESERVETE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE DESK BOOKING SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Reservete strives for 99.9% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice (typically 48 hours). Emergency maintenance may occur without notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
You may terminate your account at any time through your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to access the desk booking platform ceases immediately. Data export is available for 30 days post-termination upon request.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the desk booking software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
